Welcome to First for Sport

First for Sport supplies sports coaching services to schools and other organisations. In addition we provide after school and school holiday child care facilities by organising and running sports coaching courses.

Our aim is to deliver exciting and innovative courses and events, with a major emphasis on safety. 

Ofsted Registration Complete!

We are happy to announce that First For Sport are now Ofsted registered!

This exciting news shows the real strides forward and the overall development that First for Sport has made since launching in October 2007.

We are looking forward to an exciting future and as a developing small company, we are now searching for new schools to work with and new staff to come on board and progress.

Most people know that a half hour of exercise per day will help you become more healthy and alert. Most people also understand that a healthy body is a healthy mind. This is because people who keep themselves fit and active have good circulation (important for feeding nutrients and oxygen to the brain), good cell regeneration (which aids in memory) and the ability to sleep better at night (one of the most important factors in brain power).
However, an interesting, lesser known fact is that different parts of the body are controlled by different parts of the brain. By activating body parts which you don't pro-actively use in your day-to-day life can have a dramatic effect on your brain and your IQ.

Ofsted Registered!

With our ofsted registration complete you can now use your child care vouchers with us and have further knowledge of our quality services in child care and sports prevision

We are now offering a breakfast and after school club to compliment our Holiday sports courses. This means that parents can now drop their children off with us in the safe knowledge that they will be with friends, keeping active and learning new skills aswell as being with friendly qualififed staff. We are currently going through Ofsted registration and we will notify you of our registration as soon as it is approved. For further information please contact us.
