Team First for Sport
Team First for Sport is run by co-owners and coaches Adam Wileman and Nathan Winder. All our coaches have experience and dedication to sport that allows them to deliver action packed, exciting sporting services for all ages and events.

Adam Wileman
Adam is a talented footballer having played at a high level within the Leicestershire leagues. His enthusiasm for sports was recognised at an early age. He demonstrated a natural ability to recognise the sporting talents of others and had the personality to encourage them to fulfil and achieve their potential. Adam has a vast experience of working with children from when he worked with Leicester City Football Club and their Football in the Community program. Adam is currently the first base of contact for First for Sport while co-owner Nathan returns to his native Barnsley.
Nathan Winder
Nathan has played football at a professional level for Halifax Town, Chesterfield, Hucknall Town and Alfreton Town. After a short spell looking around europe at other countries coaching strategies Nathan started his degree at Loughborough University. In 2005 he completed his degree in Applied Science (Sports Studies) at Loughborough University from which he entered his career as a sports coach. Nathan taught lessons in the Midlands from 2005 up till 2009. He has recently returned to his native Barnsley and is currently working as Sport Scientist for Barnsley Football Clubs Academy, while working in the background in the running of First for Sport. He also acts as a cover coach for the company.
Ali Mauchlen
First for Sport is proud to have Ali Mauchlen as it's Ambassador. The former Leicester City captain has been and still is heavily involved with sport across Leicestershire. He is currently involved in the Special Olympics that is to be held in Leicester this weekend and has an integeral role in promoting healthy active with ourselves. He has also just lifted the regional trophy (Midlands) for Leicester City at the Masters football tournament, which he has done for the fifth year in a row!
First for Sport would like to thank Ali for his continous hard work that has helped us become a leader in sporting delivery to youngster within Leicestershire.
Kathyrn Blake
Kat is an extremly talented and experienced coach. She has a vast experience of coaching/teaching children from around the world in many different climates. Small stature, tall in respect without any shadow of doubt. An extremly important member of our team and a coach the children love to see. More info and pen picture to follow.
Callum Mould
Callum is a bright young coach with an exciting future a head of him. He has already built up his experinece up with Leicester City Football in the Community and ourselves that has helped him in his studies and knowledge.He is currently one of our part time staff as he has just finished his college work and is venturing in to pastures new at University to study sports coaching. Congratulations Callum! We hope you have a fabulous time and look forward to spending the summer with you and then your many returns from Uni to see us and our holiday courses. Pen picture to follow.
Ben Cooper
Ben is another part time coach with a wealth of experience. Ben has been an associated coach with Nottingham Forest Academy and recently been first team manager at Anstey Nomads. As well as being a footbaall coach he has picked up other sports while spending time in America. Ben also currently works as a Personal Trainer and has deveolped his knowledge thorugh this in the health and fitness world. With these skills and qualities, Ben is a valuable member of our team and we look forward to him passing on his knowledge in schools for many years to come. Pen Picture to follow.
Mark Mierzwinski
Mark has just joined us as a part time coach while he is studying his Masters Degree at Loughborough University. Mark is an old friend of co-owner Nathan, with whom he use to be team mates with at Halifax Town. Mark study at York University in Sports Studies and gained a 1st. First for Sport are proud to have Mark on board as he also has further experience in Sports development and sports coaching. The addition of Mark to our tean is an exciting step and one that will benefit everyone within First for Sport and all the schools we teach in. Pen Picture to follow.
